Vacancy Announcement For: System Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

·        Designing and implementing network architectures, including topology, protocols, and security measures.

·        Selecting and procuring network hardware and software components.

·        Installing and configuring network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls and CCTV systems.

Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

·        Monitoring network performance and proactively identifying and resolving issues.

·        Troubleshooting network problems and restoring service quickly.

·        Maintaining network documentation and updating configuration files.

Network Security:

·        Implementing and enforcing network security policies and procedures.

·        Managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.

·        Staying updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Network Optimization:

·        Analyzing network performance and identifying areas for improvement.

·        Implementing network optimization techniques to enhance speed and reliability.

·        Planning and executing network upgrades and expansions.

Team Management:

·        Leading and managing a team of network engineers and technicians.

·        Providing technical guidance and support to team members.

·        Setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise:

·        Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI model)

·        Proficiency in network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)

·        Knowledge of network security concepts and tools

·        Experience with network management and monitoring tools

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

·        Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues

·        Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems

Communication Skills:

·        Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·        Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms

Leadership Skills:

·        Ability to lead and motivate a team
